A two part question and statement of sorts. The first question being do you ever look at results from your old home state's various tracks both dirt and asphalt and catch names that sound familiar and maybe sometimes seem out of place or just maybe you never knew of that.I mentioned seeing Friday Hasslers son's name in the results at Pensacola the other night.Last night I was looking at results from Ohio and noticed a line up set for a Sprint car show at a dirt track there.I saw a #70 with the last name of Malcuit from Strasburg Ohio..as in the home of Marc,Brad and Marcus Malcuit.Running the familiar #70 number Marc Malcuit often used.Which makes me think it's a younger brother of Marcus??...In the it could always be worse file.I have noticed some smaller fields around this state and pretty much every series at times post the Plague that looks like will be here for eternity..Last night I was looking for results for Ona Speedway.West Virginia's fastest blacktop track (because it's the only blacktop track in the state) and the late model feature started 3 cars.Yep a whopping 3 cars. The green flag fell...and they made it all the way to the first turn before two cars tangled ending their night...and the feature. Its a hell of a great way to welcome your fans back though.A one turn feature instead of a one lap feature.I wonder if the Guinness book of records has a category for that?
