It looks like Desoto was sold to some YouTubers
They said they are going to use the facility for their videos and other events and if any promoters are interested in helping them get the place back into shape they are open to hold racing events there. But as it looks now the only thing its going to be used for is their use only.

I watched the youtube video they posted, i was shocked at how badly the place had deteriorated. I just pulled out my video of the 1996 Hooterade 200 and what a huge difference.
