Sunshine Nationals?

Anybody going, haven't heard much publicity on this event at Volusia starting tonight and going thru the weekend. Three different late model classes running each night.

Seems like it could be a big event, but haven't heard much about it.

Pretty good field of cars here, maybe 60? Not too crowded, should be a good night

So it turns out there were 81 total late models, as usual during speedweeks volusia had a heckuva show. Tore up a few but i would think similar numbers if not higher tonight.

Whitener put on a clinic coming from the back to 7 or 8th thru a full field.

I always forget how exciting they are to watch, 4 wide slicing and cutting across each others noses. Nothing like their asphalt counterparts.
