To me, the thing is uglier than ANY previous Cup car, including the first "car of tomorrow", and the "fabulous hudson hornet".
The proportions are closer to a '82 Citation than a '64 or so Chevelle.

Although close racing may justify the thing (IF the car can produce it), I am cautiously pessimistic.
