Please read the posts under the thread "Update on my friend" so it will save me some explaining.
Jane is in serious trouble. She has been a strong supporter of Florida short track racing for many many years. Jane is a single mom taking care of a teenage son with no financial help from his "father"....
When you are in your golden years life can be tough. jobs scarce, little help from anyone. I am a widow and for some reason people think its contagious or you are out to latch on to their husbands. so you learn how to do things for yourself that a strong man should be doing. lol its not easy. Jane isnt as old as me but she isnt a spring chicken.
i dont have alot of money, but if i can afford to go racing, and blow money on some silly things, then i think i should be able to help out another human being who is in trouble. especially if he/she is a friend!
Some of you own million dollar haulers filled with very expensive cars. you travel all over the state spending thousands of dollars every week to get there. please look into your hearts and take out some small amount and help Jane thru a really tough time. please... if some of you want to help without sending money perhaps you know how she can get some help from the government... surely someone can help her. this is AMERICA! This is a friend of racing!
