We had a nice night of racing at Volusia for the 24th Powell Memorial. 97 cars in 4 classes (33 PLMs). Grandstands were packed in spite of a shaky forecast. I ddi a little writeup for Raceweek Illustrated: http://www.raceweekillustrated.com/2...ry-at-volusia/.
Seems like this race used to be a hot topic on this board, but it was nice seeing some old friends anyway. Shoot, VSP is basically an Ocala Speedway 2009 reunion these days (and that's a nice thing).
