Was wondering how you been?! More importantly, how has the Monte Carlo been?

Trains are kind of big to collect...

I'm doing good, yes my father had a HUGE train collection. Just got jerked over by a supposed collector that was going to purchase it, but went from agreed cash to check so we insisted on cash or bank check.. he backed out dodged a bullet there.

Back to the drawing board.. these things are driving me nuts Dad passed in 2015 and cant find someone to take em.


The Monte is doing well, living her good life in NY with my son. He still drives her and wants to do a motor swap in the spring. Why- because he is 22 and he knows better. She treats him well and he takes care of her.

It would be an aggravation, but you could piecemeal the collection on ebay.

Just keep in mind that my experience with selling things is that you can expect to get about 25% of what it would cost to buy it.

Let me know if you have a lifelike "dockside switcher" locomotive.
