Thankfully, the highway scene was filmed on a sunny day so no Fords were harmed.

Phil, before we get to that number we have to mention that Don Keithly changed his car number to "75" this year, presumably so that he could appear in this thread twice.

      • OS that video you posted is my 2nd ever time in a full sized car. Just happens to be the 77 that now graces NSS (at a very slow rate of speed) lol In that video I was SEVERELY outgunned but trying hard. I was on a hard 7" treaded tire, the rest were on an 8" slick with a softer compound. I entered the race as an Outlaw Sportsman and they stuck me in the Outlaw Pro Stocks because I was 1/2 second faster than the Sportsmans lol

BJ Mcleod, hell of a short track driver, had so much fun racing with him at OSW and NSS in the late 90's.

This is my favorite ever. First career win back in 2016. What a night. Okay back to relevant drivers and people who actually still own racecars... I'll be back though

Met BJ a few times. Solid dude! Would love to see him in some better equipment in Xfinity.

BJ was very aggressive in short track stuff, good to see him giving the higher levels a shot.

                  #84--Wayne Anderson

Part of the Anderson Legacy! Wins in everything. Although there is talk of retirement from time to time, unlike many, he is still as strong as ever on the track.

Here is an interesting item I did not previously know was available:

                  https://www.ebay.com/itm/WAYNE-ANDER...-/143072953259

More than one available, Wayne Anderson fans, and this one is autographed.

                    #63 Silver Crown car
This team has re-written the USAC record books in recent years with Kody Swanson behind the wheel. They have won the last 5 Silver Crown championships in a row, but the team is hanging it up this year. Team owner, Tony DePalma, decided to go out while on top.

How is this for interesting? Modified racer Amy Catalano, who is in action at New Smyrna's World Series this week, is not only a busy and competitive regional racer in the New York/PA area, but she is a mother of FIVE racing sons. Yes, they all race, even the youngest who just started karts at five years old.

Her oldest son Tommy is running against Mom this week too, Read about the Catalanos! This is a fun racing family.
