Jane I know you do not make the schedule. so this is not pointed to you......

I don't know why you don't run the "BIG" race at the end of the night. If you would have put a 20 min time limit on the first five races and then done a 20 minute autograph/ driver intro, the latemodel race would have started at 9:30 or 10:00 at the latest. I would be willing to bet that the place pretty much cleared out after the latemodel race. At least that is the norm. Save the "BIG" race for the end to keep the fans in the stands and hopefully buying concessions.
