Bowman Gray Stadium madhouse series to be revived

This being the 70th anniversary season of Bowman Gray Stadium(N.C.)a renewed interest in the weekly racing at the stadium has been sparked as this season the Discovery Channel is filming racing action to be aired in a new Discovery channel show.The original show which aired in 2009 on the history channel was called Madhouse and focused on the weekly open wheel modified division.The new show on Discovery isn't titled yet and it's yet to be known which division or divisions will be the focus of the show.

I'm glad to hear it. I think that show was good for racing. I still want to make it up to that track one of these days.

Also supposedly in the works

Are two lracing related movies.One is titled "the last race" which focuses on Riverhead Raceway on Long Island New York and the fact that at one time forty speedways dotted the island and Riverhead is the last one still in operation.The second movie is about different forms of racing with a focus on Nascar and has involvement from the Norris family.( as in Chuck Norris)
