BREAKING NEWS FROM CITRUS COUNTY SPEEDWAY (U.S. 41, INVERNESS) CONCERNING THE AUGUST 26 DEMOLITION DERBY!!!
Citrus County Speedway management has made it official that we'll be running the remainder of the 2017 CCS demo derbies by the rules of Hernando County Fairgrounds. Semi Stock Class demo derby rules will apply. I'm sorry to have to announce that the Compact (4/6 cylinder) Class has not yet been approved as a stand alone class. You may, however, run a Compact Class 4/6 cylinder car in the Semi Stock Class as there is nothing within the Semi Stock class rules that says you can't.
Looking forward to seeing you all at CCS on August 26. For newbies or demo derby drivers who don't compete at Hernando County Fairgrounds demo derbies, the Semi-Stock Class rules will be posted on the CCS website within the next few days. www.citruscountyspeedwayandtrack.com
