I predicted this at the beginning of the year. Racing wasn't particularly healthy in FL last season. Then you added Citrus. Then you added Punta Gorda, and it, along with Desoto and Auburndale basically run every week, where as Desoto and Auburndale basically alternated each week last season. Those 3 tracks alone represent a 300% increase in dates. Couple that with the fact that with so many tracks, scheduling on top of another track is a mathematical certainly. Bottom line, you increased the size of the family (tracks) without a corresponding increase in food (cars). Now, the expanded family is weak and starving. This is simple math. Economic reality will sort it out.
