      Working together???

Doesn't that mean equal to all partners!!!!! If it's not fair to all it won't last long.

The FUPS thing just never seems to work out for very long. The FASCAR series was great in it's day, and showed that a properly run series can be strong. But the tracks actually can and will work work together in the future. It doesn't require a series or an organization to rebuild short track racing in Florida. It only requires tracks to alternate classes, and for racers to show up to race.
Citrus, Bronson, Showtime, NSS, and now Desoto can work out a schedule to benefit everyone. And it doesn't mean that the existing track schedules even need to be dumped, just adjusted.

And will the rules stay the same, or are they being updated?

I would hope that the rules evolve to include all cars in all of the major classes. Each track has it's own specific rules, and most of those rules pretty much overlap. The SLM rules at NSS are very much the same as the SLM rules everywhere else in Florida. Same for the other classes.
But even if the class rules are never exactly the same from track to track, they can be made close enough that a racer can alter his car easily and affordably for each appearance. Tires are always a major issue, but the majority run Hoosiers, so that might not be as big an issue. Just have to get together on which Hoosiers.

Let me say this as respectfully as I can............You have no idea what your talking about. And before you want to have a big debate. Do your homework.

Who races on Hoosiers in Florida? I know Showtime does, but who else other than maybe New Smyrna( if they even do I'm not sure) I thought the majority were running American Racers.

                  Hope

I personally hope they can keep this series going. Ricky Brooks is the best thing that has happened to Florida racing in a long time.

I don't understand why Desoto dropped out? Could of only been a money issue in my eyes.

We need Don Nerone to come back and head up a Florida Series, with Ricky Brooks as the head tech man.

Just my two cents, Vince P.

                        Just wondering

Why is NSS the only track to allow 3 link, You would think the other tracks for better car count would adapt to these rules. Just sayin

Citrus is still on the 750 Hoosier for OWM and Sportsman.

I think it is pretty much equally divided hoosiers and americsn racer at this time.
                            Citrus,Showtime and NSS on hoosiers
                            Desoto,Adale and 417 on Americans
