After sitting home debating which track to attend today I decided on the Auburndale Pro Truck/ Sportsman race. The first surprise was the fact they were selling programs, an important tool for my enjoyment at the races. Next the new PA system was fantastic and Announcer Dave was at the top of his game this race day as he called the races superbly. Next the racing itself was very good. Pro Trucks had 13 starters, Sportsman had 16 starters. I usually hope to see two or three good races when there are multiple divisions but today all seven divisions put on a great show. For example the mini-stocks had a nine car field but had five different leaders in their event. All drivers from all divisions should be given hi-fives for racing well done. The track crew kept things moving nicely, just a problem when two Bombers got tangled and it took awhile to separate. Hot dog and fries were the best. Track grounds were neat and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful weather and a great day at the races. Watch for Announcer Dave's report, it will be a good one. Will return soon. See ya at the races !!!
