sportsman cars have been changing so much in the last few years that it has made many car owners park perfectly good cars because of lack off updates. I hope some tracks take notice and either allow weight or left side advantages to help level playing field, or maybe a series. 20,000+ for a sportsman car is ridiculous !!

Heck we raced a Sportsman-Limited Latemodel 18-20 years ago and had much more than that in our car. We built it from the ground up. The only way to go these days is buy one from someone getting out of racing or going thru a divorce. Then usually you can find a good deal. But when you buy it piece by piece it's really expensive. If you want to be a front runner from week to week you better have deep pockets!
