It's been a short, but incredible racing season at the NEW Citrus County Speedway. Thanks to the Ray family and every one of the staff for bringing short track racing back to Citrus. Packed grandstands every week proves that the fans are willing to come to the track if there's a good show at a reasonable price.
Renegade Racing Fuels is very proud to be the official racing fuel for Citrus County Speedway. Everyone is looking forward to to the 2017 racing season.
Congratulations to the race winners, and the 2016 season champions.

    Randy Anderson in the SLMs
    Bobby Mobley in the Sportsmans

Thank you for getting out the results this morning Mr.Berti

Nice to see Darryl Shelnuts name back in the winners circle. Evidently Citrus and Desoto were the only ones with much interest in posting results a day later.I wonder how full the stands were at tracks that don't feel the need to.

The Sportsman event was action filled, with multiple cautions.

Sean Bass had the strongest car, but he apparently did not clear tech.

Both the red and black #01 and what I thought was the red and black #36 deserve honorable mentions for coming through the field multiple times after being involved in multiple incidents.

Congratulations also to Darryl Shelnut in the #7 Super-late, he was fast and indicated he was back after overcoming accident related issues.
