News flash!!! New Smyrna Speedway will host a Pro Truck Race on October 22nd!!!!

News flash!!!
The trucks are now set for 50 laps at New Symrna on 10/22. Both us and the Spats have came to agreement with NSS and the first step is to meet on the track. Drivers will have to declare which set of rules they are racing by and will be given points accordingly! Would like to give a big thanks to Kim at NSS and Donnie Burkhalter for helping with putting this together.

Don you have seen it all......

Don you have seen it all over the years. I am BLOWN AWAY with the low car counts and the direction our Sport is going. Everyone NEEDS to STOP sit down and have a summit on how we can all get the Sport back on some type of track. It's out of control. Everyone loses. The Tracks, the Teams, the Fans, the suppliers, and the sponsors. Sponsors like Q Auto & Injury Attorney's will have LOW truck counts at both Showtime and Desoto. His business sponsorship is based on exposure. Low cars counts have made low Fan count. Which means less exposure for all the sponsors. If we DON'T get together and FIX the problem I think we are all DOOMED!!!!

Maybe the Tracks will see bigger tire sales, more back gate revenue, also the concession stand would see high sales, fuel sales would have a bigger spark, the Sponsors would see more Fans and Family in the stands for possible New Sponsors for the Tracks. Hope the other Tracks are paying attention!!! Looks like everyone WINS!!!!!

Can YOU just image if we had 36+ Pro Trucks at New Smyrna. Maybe the other Track Owners or their Promoters would see the revenue in their cash flow (back grate,tires,fuel,concession, and maybe build their Fans and Sponsorship numbers)!!!! It may get them thinking ???? if the two Pro Touring Series can put the differences aside and schedule (or work together) EVERYONE WINS!!!!
So PLEASE call these Drivers and get them pumped up about GOING!!!!
