  • >>Congratulations to Patrick Thomas and Jim Harris--NASCAR CHAMPIONS!<<

Congratulations to Patrick Thomas and Jim Harris (car owner) and the entire racing Team on a SECOND CONSECUTIVE NASCAR DIVISION II CHAMPIONSHIP!

It was quite a season with triumphs, joys, and some heartbreak along the way, but in the end Patrick Thomas prevailed again in 2016.

Sometimes good things do happen to good people!

Wow, that is quite an accomplishment again! I hope it makes your cash register ring.

Now what? I suggest jumping to sprint cars. They are less expensive than what you are doing now, and they pay better.

Thanks guys for the kind words, yes there is a bit of money for winning the championship, but we all know we don't race for the money. The great part for me has been getting long time car owner Jim Harris a Nascar National Championship. That is a first for him, and it's hard to give somebody that has been in the sport as long as Mr. Harris, a new thing to be proud of.

As far as what's next, well sprint cars are out, I'm too fat for that, and I just love racing sportsman cars. They are a working persons class, and the cars have lots of personality, and almost every car looks different, and there are plenty of big races, and race tracks to race at. The sportsman class is where I'll be, and I'm not planning on changing that.
