I'm just curious, why would the mini stock class pay more to win then the modified minis? That makes no sense to me.

I asked that question of William Ray, the track promoter, last Saturday. He told me that the mini stock class has a sponsor who kicks in additional money into the purse beyond what the track pays the class. With that money added on the mini stock class the purse is higher than the modified mini purse.

Citrus County Speedway provides sponsor partnership programs for any business that is willing to be an event sponsor, division sponsor, program advertiser or general sponsor.

The level that the business wants to become involved and the extent of exposure are key. No sponsorship amount is too small, nor too large. A program can be devised to fit any business' budget.

If there is someone or some business that wants to step up to the plate to add additional money to the purse of the modified mini class or any other class for that matter it can be worked out.
