Mark, lets clarify something, I SIR didnt make him accept anything, The TECH man made the call and I would not over turn his decision. He is paid to do a job and he did it NOT me.

Did you or did you not say the rule says top 5 car to tech and that it's ALWAYS been that way?

If that's always been the rule, why does the rule page on showtime speedway.com say otherwise? Admit you were wrong! You should have overturned the decision. Freddy says it's Robert's call, Robert says it's your call, you say it's Freddy's call. Looks like a lot of finger pointing to me. Let's add that Freddy has a vested interest in Shane Grigsby's car so should he even be doing tech on Street Stock and Outlaw Figure 8? I'd say it has the appearance that he is biased towards the cars he works with. This is the exact reason Dennis Neighbor didn't tech certain classes right?!?

You all had nothing to say when you were proven wrong with black and white writing from your own rule book. "Well that's incorrect and well have to fix it" Yeah let's fix things after the fact instead of doing right by people and making corrections later.

My dad's options were take last or take nothing weren't they? You can't even respond to why you didn't DQ the 17 for getting out of his car on the track, or what about the 99 being black flagged and thrown off by Robert himself? Because you know you're wrong and you don't care.
