Great job Jeff "cake" Gross in convincing Rodizio corporate to spend some advertising dollars at the track. I know you worked hard on this. Outstanding! !!
Rodizio is one of those Brazilian steakhouses where they carve the meat from the slab at your table - there's one at the Melbourne Square Mall. I'd volunteer to try it out & rate it, but I'm trying to get my weight back under 200 lbs, just like you, Boneman. You've inspired me

Salad Bar has lots of health conscious options on it. Just the salad bar on its own is a meal on its own. 98% of the menu is gluten free.... (Shameless plug) but we are happy to be sponsoring the class. Any exposure is better then no exposure. Try us out if you are in the Melbourne area.
Scott Cornman was great to work with and we appreciate New Smyrna Speedway for welcoming us aboard.
Like Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Chao! What a cool sponsor. I live in Brevard county and love those places anyway, so I will make a point giving Rodizio a try.
I did do a walk through at the Melbourne Rodizio Grill yesterday, although only the lobby, so I could say thanks for the New Smyrna Speedway sponsorship. Oh, and I also inhaled the wonderful aromas of steak and imagined I was eating one. I'll be back in the future, after the aforementioned weight loss plans are complete.
Thanks to Manager Scott Shepro (and cake) and good luck at the restaurant.
