New Smyrna ID Help

Need some ID help please... The first four shots are from an All-Pro race around 1987-88... I think the #24 might be Clifford Allison...
The last photo is from the 1993 World Series... Pete Orr is #30 and the blue car just entering the shot is Robbie Reiser... Trying to ID the #2... I think this was a local car, but not sure...
