1)cars dont end up in the grandstands,
2) tony stewart doesn't complain that the cars are not DRIVEABLE,

NEW PLAN,
1) CRANK UP HORSEPOWER WITH MAYBE PUSH TO PASS LIKE INDYCAR,
2) SMALLER TIRES SO YOU LIFT IN THE CORNERS LIKE THE OLD DAYS,
PEPOPLE WE WANT THEM PILING UP IN THE CORNERS AND MAYBE DIAMOND THE TRACK LIST THE OLD DAYS,
