Great facility, great location though lacking motel rooms. My concern is that this will put Albany, Needmore, Douglas, Waycross and Lake City's 2 tracks all within a 100 mile radius. Golden Isles is at the edge so this will require come very good planning (hopefully cooperation) for this to work for all parties. Good luck to all.
