Need ID Help

Want to put this photo on my history site but can't remember who it is... From New Smyrna Speedway circa 1980... I remember the car but the driver's name escapes me...

I see EJ Sales on the side, which is EJ Utley. I know he raced the GATR Big Rigs later on.... is there a chance he ran LM'S before that?

My buddy Ted Richard ID's the driver as Eric Seifert from Orlando... now I remember!

That looks a heckuva lot like an old David Rodgers car, save for the number, of course.

That car was built and maintained by John Clark and his older brother before they started helping David.
