George... unfortunately, I don't have a working e-mail at this time. Please call sometime, or leave me your number and I'll call you. Thanks a million for the offer to help. It means a lot, and is desperately needed!

Things DO look good for the 2nd annual event, but waiting on one phone call giving the "official" okay. From there, it will be full steam ahead. I'm hoping for bigger and better this time around, and see no reason it can't be! Sure would love to expand the Vintage car portion. It was a GREAT combination of old-time racers and old-time cars. Seeing them at speed was a thrill for me, and apparently many others. You guys got one hell of an applause after pulling off the track after your "wide-open: laps.

How 'bout a T-shirt to go with it? I can refine the artwork, color it in...

        That's bad ass!

Maybe make that the front of the shirt with the date of the event and put a list of the drivers names on the back and you could have a nice little revenue generator there.

Sweet artwork Jimmy. All you'd have to do is number the front car "09" and you've got it made! I'm sure it would be a big seller too.

With that "T" shirt I would like the SAME artwork sent to a MFG that I will pay to have Brass, color Dash plaques made. Jerry you have a NEW website PAID FOR if you want it. The more in advance we get this done the less work at the end.
I am in touch with Carol so there is point on contact. I get between 75 and 100 calls a day wanting to talk to the leather guru. That is why I am hard to get on the phone.

Just got the word from New Smyrna Speedway... Robert Hart gave the OK.

The 2nd Annual Modified Racers Reunion WILL take place on Friday, February 13th, 2009 at NSS, from Noon till 5:00.

I'll be working on fliers, mailing lists, etc. very soon. Any help in spreading the word is appreciated. As soon as my new phone number, e-mail address and website info is established, I will be posting it nationwide if anyone needs info or details.

Special Thanks to Kim Brown for being the liason to the Speedway, Carol Wicks for believing in & so supportive of this project, George Pavlisko for all the offers to help... plus all the help from last year including Rex Hollinger, Roger Donaldson, plus Carol Wicks, Phil Schryver and Jack Smith for bringing the radio show out there. I can't forget my family... Dad (Ben), Mother (Karen) and sister (Debbie) for helping me through my biggest project to date.

                        It's ON, and I'm PUMPED!

So y'all want me to work on something for a T-shirt, then? I don't have any "professional" experience, or even equipment, but I can come up with something

E-mail me (JimmyMack12@aol.com) or cell phone (407-924-0991, leave a message and a contact number).

Mark, I'll try and get in touch with you sometime this weekend, dude.
