This is a great shot of Donnie Allison probably taken at Nashville circa 1965-66... From what I heard, Donnie won a lot of races in this car, one of the few Fords he drove on the short tracks...
I just finished the book, "Miracle", which chronicles the saga of the Alabama Gang. Pretty interesting read. I never realized Donnie was as successful on the short tracks as he was.
