Got to watch the races at New Smyrna this past weekend. Gotta say I really enjoyed the Pro Late model race. Best part was the fight in turn 4. Felt that Keene was in the right from what I saw. He could have been really hurt if he hadn't locked it down like he did. That boy deserved his ass whipped. Kinda weird the #20 Super Stock has won so much this year, I heard he was disqualified after the race. If that's true I would love to know why and if it allowed all year and now they just now doing something. Kinda like the mini stock class. Thot was gonna be a good race for a change with a 50 and since some out of towners showed up. Nope, same ole garbage. Not even a race as always. Very poor performance in keeping classes equal and fair, kinda see why there are no racers or fans in the stands. Guess it's all about who you know.

Keene told me he had a tire going down but was trying his best to run the remaining laps...

Justin Reynolds (#20 Super Stock) broke a rear end in hot laps and they installed a new one before the racing began. The problem was the rear end they installed was a few pounds lighter than the other one and they did not run the car across the scales to check it before the feature... Justin's brother Matt told me that it was their mistake not to do that and it ultimately led to the DQ...
