Mother Nature Won again. A THANKS go out to Gary and his Citrus Staff. They worked their tails off trying to get the race in. The trucks were lined up to Qualify in the X as the sky's darkened. As Dean Butrum took his first lap of quailing and she started to rain. They called all the trucks back in to the pits. Then admittedly Track's Staff jumped into their trucks hooking up the tractor tires and put in an hour in trying to keep the heat in the track. She let up her raining giving all of us hope that she may let us RACE tonight. Gary call the Hornets and Street Stocks to staging to keep heat in the track. The Hornets had their 15 lap Feature. But as soon as the Street Stocks took to the track Mother Nature said NO WAY JOSE!!!!! She started with just enough rain to make everyone pray and beg her to stop. But NO WAY!!! She answered with a down pour. After and hour of hard rain the track and the competitor new the only thing to do was reschedule to October 24. Maybe she wanted the FASTRUCK's back at Citrus on the 24th to give the two New bikes that Gray and Ronnie bought. It's going to the Halloween Night at the Races!!! We would like to thank all the Teams that made the race and put in 110% and more to make it happen.
