  • Looking for Late Models on Labor Day Weekend?

Look no further than Volusia Speedway Park!

Volusia Speedway is pleased to announce the Labor Day Late Model Shootout now set for Saturday, August 30. Late Models will be an added bonus to a program that is already scheduled to include Modified, Sportsman, Street Stock, 4-cylinder Pure Stock and Mini-Stock divisions.

The Labor Day Late Model Shootout will kick off with an Open Practice on Friday night, August 29. This practice is open to all divisions and will run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Pit admission for practice is $15 and grandstand admission is free. Pit gate will open at 5:00 PM.

On Saturday, August 30, Late Models will compete to take home the $3000 first place paycheck. All Volusia Speedway Park divisions will be in attendance. This will be a non-points event for the Late Models, but all other divisions will be racing for the valuable end-of-the-season track points.

Racing begins at 7:30 PM on Saturday night. Pit gates open at 4:00 PM and grandstands open at 5:00 PM. Adult admission is $12. Drive-In Parking is $10. Admission for students ages 11 to 15 is $6. Kids 10 and under will be admitted free. Pit passes are $25. UMP DIRTcar Members pay $22 for pit entry.

Volusia Speedway Park is located 15 miles west of Ormond Beach, FL on State Road 40. Additional information and updates will be available on the website – www.volusiaspeedwaypark.com, or call 386-985-4402.
