I agree it's always a hard call....

I agree it's always a hard call early. If the rain comes you are a HERO, but if the old sunshine comes out you are a ZERO. Never easy......

I always made my own decision to make the trip when there is a possibility of rain. Why do the tracks have to call it early? Drag it out all day? I used to call when the car was loaded and sometimes in route. 2/3 of the time we raced that night.

It's July in Florida. It is what it is. I've seen 10% chance of rain not race and an almost guaranteed washout race no problem.
