Attention all Pro Truck Drivers Showtime Speedway Presents "Larry Moyer Memorial 81"

Larry Moyer Memorial 81
*81 Lap feature event
*Cautions will count (first 3 laps of each caution only). Last 15 laps will be run under green flag conditions. The race must finish under a green, white checkered finish (race could go into overtime).
*Can not loose a lap under yellow as long as your on the track when yellow is displayed and go back green.
*All flats must be changed in HOT Pit area to receive three(3) courtesy laps.
*Courtesy laps are for FLAT TIRES ONLY.
*Double File Starts and Restarts (Leader only has the option of Inside or Outside) everyone else must double in order.
*Showtime Speedway rules and regulations will apply for this event.
*There is NO mandatory Tire or Fuel purchase, but will be available thru J&L Tires at 813-626-5929, VP Fuel 110 octane is available at track.
*One of the top (3) Qualifiers will be offered the Chance to start scratch for a Chance at $5,000.00 (total) to win. Must be 26 starters in main event for the Challenge to be accepted.
*$50.00 fee payable at registration to Showtime Speedway.
*Payoff is as follows
1.$2000.00 OR $5000.00 if challenge is accepted and won.

I am announcing today that the Fastruck Pro Truck Series will be at Showtime next weekend the 1st of August. As said before THIS WILL BE a points race. There was speculation that it would not happen but one thing this series has not done like tracks have is go back on their word. We promised AJ Moyer we would support him and his father on this memorial race. Some of you may not know Larry Moyer but he was a huge part of Fastruck. This being said he deserves and earned this respect more than any one track or driver. I know this announcement will upset a lot of drivers but at the end of the day there are more pros than cons running this race. It is going to be tough to run back to back races but with trying to keep race tracks giving us named races we cant pick and choose. We will be running Fastruck rules. Please come out and support the memory of Larry Moyer and Fastrucks effort of keeping traveling series a driving force in the state of Florida.
I applaud the Track and the Series coming together supporting Larry's Race. He was a close Friend and a BIG part of FASTRUCK. This Race means a lot to me. Thanks to Alan Moyer, Robert Yoho and his Staff, and the FASTRUCK Series. Life is so short to have things working in a negative way. Again THANKS to all!!! You made my DAY!!! I will be calling Tim at 5 Flags, Eddie at Cordele Crisp Speedway, and Steve at Orlando Speed World to offer their Pro Trucks to be part of this GREAT EVENT!!!
