Yes a lot of heritage behind the swastika, just not here in the USA, and none of it positive.

You do realize there was heritage in the swastika long before the Nazi's stole it. Sort of like how people are saying the Confederate flag was stolen. A friend of mine from Indonesia actually owns a swastika necklace. He simply doesn't wear it bc he doesn't want people thinking he's a Nazi. Whether their is anything positive behind the swastika heritage wise is your opinion. I have s man on my route from Estonia who said Hitler did wonderful things for his country. So it depends who you ask. In fact, Hitler brought much prosperity to Germany. He just lost it and his legacy will be one of lunacy and genocide. However, saying they would be on an FBI watch list only dodges the questions Jim. Don't tell me it wouldn't offend you. You know it would and you know your be outraged. Again, not defending your right to fly it. I support that. Let's just not be disingenuous.

Well now it's not a symbol flying in front of a government building in South Carolina. Not as of about an hour ago. The ancestors of those black men who fought to keep slavery are entitled to fly that flag, just like you are.

Democracy or Republic, the majority rules.

When you guys get a free moment, use google search ( ask the grand kids ) and see what the founding fathers actually said about the United States of America being founded on religious freedom. Start with George Washington.

No need for google. I will politely bow out of a religious debate. Everyone has their own views and faith. That is a good thing.
Normalcy is a myth. what is perfectly normal for the Cheetah, Becomes absolute chaos for the Antelope.

            Benny,

Certainly agree, but that is not the point.

            Freedom is the point.

"Separation" is a one way street, and is not about religion per se, but has the same goals as villanizing a particular flag. That is: "You can't do that [fill in the blank] no more".

But, we ain't talking racing, so time to get back to that.

Yes, all things but come to an end. So, with that in mind what better way to end this thread then to quote Kid Rock when asked not to use the CONFEDERATE FLAG any more in his concerts his reply was "You can kiss my a$$", just quoting him.
