Race two of the FASTRUCK Pro Touring Series heads one of the toughest Bull Ring in the Country "Auburndale Speedway" to support their Pro Truck Race (this from the Facebook page). Danny Anderson post 6-8-15.
I just got off the phone with Rex. This is a auburndale truck race the fasttruck pro truck series is invited to participate in. He is paying our posted payout. Carl from auburndale will be doing tech who I also talked to and he agreed to tech by our rules and if wanted or needed be assisted by Butch pierce our tech man. This is a great opportunity for us because he is allowing us to show up as a group and that is showing support for our traveling series.

Points race #2, is set for 50 laps at Auburndale speedway. This track is different than Desoto speedway and expect some tight fender rubbing racing, as the trucks try and tame this bull ring. Who will come out on top, of what is sure to be an action packed race?
Danny Anderson, first race winner and points leader is leaving the friendly confines of Desoto speedway, in search of two in a row. He has proven he can do it with a win there in the 100 lap race in December. There will be a list of drivers that can stop him though and this track is in a few of them's back yard. 59x Becca Monopoli, last years Coulter point champ is fast everywhere she goes. Fast qualifer here in April, this track is near the top of her list that she is best at and she will be near the top of the speed chart all day. 13x J.r Garcia led the most laps here in April. He is looking to close the points gap and is confident he can come out on top. 25 Cody McDuffie, he already has 2 wins this year and one of them is the 50 lap race in April. He appears to excel at the short tracks and is looking for his first win of this shortened points season. We could also see a first time series winner. 37 Michael Goddard finished 2nd here in April, has set fast time twice this year and seems to be at home on the short track. Maybe Auburndale will give him his first win. 14 Sam Scott, has 2 straight top 5's here and lead the first 30 laps of the 100 lap event here in December. He suffered a blown motor at Desoto in practice, he has now left the 305 motor and joined the crate motor brigade with a new 602. We also have some fast guys on the fence. Will the 11 Bad Billy Carlbert show up. He seemed to have the Showtime race covered until a spin had him give in to drive train failure. He can show that speed at Showtime transfers to Auburndale or the 18 Blake Haddock who set fast time at Desoto and finished 3rd show up, he is the closest to strike at the points lead.
No matter who it is, it will be an exciting show at Auburndale. Don't miss it.
Drivers don't forget there is practice Friday from 5pm to 9pm.
So if you haven't been to Auburndale lately you haven't seen all the hard work Rex and his staff have done. Everything from the stands to the grounds are looking great!!!! Come on out and enjoy Short Track racing at it's BEST!!!!
And Rex thanks for letting us support the your Show.
