Really was looking forward to coming down there to race this season, but the tire deal turned me against it. Thanks for saving me money this season.

and I have a better chance of winning a cup race, then that happening. If NSS is too big, then the Dale must be too small, why dont you just sell the cars before they become Classics? Oh wait, its too late!

DD38 u didn't race when we had just the f53 tire. So stop with ur negative comments. These type of comments doesn't help racing. The tracks have made their decision so either race or don't...

              Idea For Promoters

It is what it is. I think it is good that there is some sense of uniformity from track to track.

Do the grooves look a little funky? Yes. Would some mods like late model wheels and tires? Yes.

But it is what it is.

In fact, here is a thought for a Promoter or two (calling Mr. YOHO!).

Talk to your mod guys about an upcoming big money modified race regarding running late model wheels and tires! One event--or if it is a winner--special events only.

Think of the publicity--lap times close to NE mods--maybe faster than late models.

WTH, let 'em lose 100lbs for the event as well.

GOT MY $20 ADMISSION RIGHT HERE!

I will defer to your memory, Don, was not in on that deal.

From time to time folks here indicate they would like to run on those tires, so I assumed that it had some...traction (pun intended).
