For those who don't know Terry Roberts, General Manager of New Smyrna Speedway, is leaving after August 16th to move back to Georgia...He announced the news tonight on Inside Florida Racing...

Sorry to see Terry go. I think he was an asset to NSS, and was willing to try some new things. I wish he and Liz much good luck!

I also need to thank him once again for allowing me to host the Modified Reunion event back in February. I pitched the idea to him, he liked it, and basically said to take the ball and run with it. Sure, there were some glitches (which will be worked out this time around), but without Terry Roberts help, it couldn't have happened at all. A couple hundred people there that day all owe a bit of appreciation to Terry.

Another sad day...

Terry and Liz have always treated me great and it is sad to see them go. I guess I need to make a stop in GA the next time I go through. They are good people and whoever takes their place have some fine shoes to fill.

Carol - Thanks for the link to the show. (my boss doesn't know it but it plays much better here than at home). Keep up the good work.
