Kat- Personally I'd have no problem finding Mr Hart and telling him how his employee spoke to me. That is if I wasn't in jail. I think it was a fair question as long as you were respectful with the question.

The same thing happened to us a couple years ago told Kim Brown and the people in the ticket booth were SO NICE the rest of the week. I'm sure they want to know stuff like that so they can take care of it.

The employee ran to mrs hart, and they went and got an official... Who tried to make us move seats... When I told him and her what happened, mrs hart said... I have video.. I told her good go watch it.
Later on, the official apologized to me.. Didn't hear a peep from the harts again for the rest of the night.

Mr. Hart was in the media booth..i wasn't going to ruin his night by saying something in front of all those ppl.

I will say I have not been that angry in a very very long time.
We spent a ton of money there this week. The last response I want to hear to a question is " we didn't ask you to come". I wanted to rip her face off.

Seems like since I can remember track officials in general have an "us against them" mentality--I am sure with all they have to deal with it is not totally out of the blue.

Recently at Daytona my kid wanted to do something iffy--walk around a fence or something, I cannot even remember. I said, "not here, this is no place to have them come down on you".

Still, it is very challenging to have to deal with that mentality, especially if you are paying for the privilege.

Doesn't sound like you had , in NASCAR speak, an experiential time at NSS. Those folks who work at the injectors take a lot of grief from fans. Some deserved, but mostly not. And it's always a good policy to keep smiling and bite your tongue. But after an hour or so of jerks, the next person in line gets the wrath of the employee. Mrs. Hart was obviously less than worthless in helping you, but you do need to directly let Robert know what happened. Should be some free passes mailed to you for that mess.

Yes at DIS we got the "injectors", at NSS they have "rejectors".

Time and other more fresh aggravations will make this seem silly later (I hope).

when you one of the locals like bruns you get a free pass if it was anybody else they would have black flag them .
