another one bites the dust- I was thinking that maybe this was going to be a break through season at the old Bullring, and it still might be.... but the promoter leaving 2 weeks before the season starts and the moving of the DAARA nationals to CCS have me wondering.
Oh well, still no SLM races on the schedule and in fact it looks pretty much like last years- what's that old saying about doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result?

Wow! What a difference a day makes!! When we moved here just a few short months ago, my wife and I felt like we had found a home.

I'm surprised he lasted as long as he did at Bronson... Leroy is a no-nonsense guy and I was sure his personality and Ann's would clash eventually... I've always liked him... he was a good man to deal with at Punta Gorda when I was with Florida Pro and the Classic Cars... He could seem a little rough at times but he has a great sense of humor and knows the racing business... He'll be an asset to any other track should he decide to go somewhere else...

Dave do you know who this "Pork Chop" Wayne Wilson is?
The Bronson facebook page says he is "coming back to Bronson Speedway" and he is going to put on 5 "BIG" races there.
I never heard of him back in the early to mid 90's when I was hanging out there.

Okay, let the betting begin. How long will ol Pork Chop last at Bronson. Or for that matter, any other track manager/promoter that tries to put on races at Bronson? The owner up there just doesn't seem to want to listen to any ideas other than her own.

I heard that Leroy was going to lake city for Robert Hart. don't know if it true. also heard
that Criter was going to Arburndale. we will see ..
I though that Leroy had a free hand at Bronson and nothing improved.
The endro was a flop. races, not run. not enough car to have a event..come on people...
I also didn't see ware the owner promoter changed any thing that Leroy had put un place.
Hay Rick Day give her a call she will need some help and im sure you rember how.
