Does Balough still hold the all-time track record at a 16.50 with that 1981 "wedge car" (I believe)?

Actually the all-time track record was set by Tony Lavati in a 4WD rear-engine Supermodified at 15.984... was either 1975 or 1976... Balough does hold the track record for a Late Model and yes it's in the 16 second bracket...
