Can you help Sat. Nov 15th in the Auburndale, Lakeland, Winterhaven area ?

I am looking for some help as I plan a promotion and work day for the Charity 200 Race Weekend. I will be doing this on Saturday Nov. 15th in the Auburndale, Lakeland, Winter Haven area. We will be passing out posters, flyers, BOGO tickets and also trying to get donated raffle items, auction items and more. If you could give us a hand we could sure use the help. We will plan to meet at Auburndale Speedway at 9 a.m. and then break up into groups and head out to canvas the area. Then meet back at Speedway with left over stuff or collected items around 1 p.m. and I will then take those that help to lunch. Please let me know if you can help, I really need your help. Thanks !
