Post-race steel cage match *made* that race worth watchin' to the end last night...

Tony (my *boy), all innocent in all of that mess, gets hit from behind on pit road by "Bad Brad" out of anger for Kenseth....Tony rolls it forward...slams it into reverse and PLOWS into Keselowski's nose...LOL...Then, Kenseth comes off the top rope with the double axe handle, a la Macho Man....LOL

BK was gonna get his a$$ handed to him last night....good thing that Hamlin was held back...and after Matt got a hold of him, one of Matt's crew guys had ol' BK in a headlock for a *looong* time...

Yes, Stewart initially was an innocent bystander but..
as usual the Stewart Road Rage comes out and for him to do a reverse burnout to RAM Kezlousy on a crowded pit lane shows he learned NOTHING from the past few weeks of his self intervention...what if a bystander, official or driver was seriously injured? What if you push Kezlousy into someone else. Tony has some loose screws that still need fixin...Two wrongs don't make it right.

Of course he always gives the press plenty of video to show this side of him. Hello Nancy Grace! Bye Bye sponsors, then Tony.

At this point why somebody would give him a dime is beyond me.

But, if anyone one else would have done it....it would be Ok. right?
Normalcy is a myth. what is perfectly normal for the Cheetah, Becomes absolute chaos for the Antelope.

Nope, not at all but, here again is some of the racing community saying Come On, it's just Tony. I guess we are just used to his boorish behavior at the track, no matter what his current life circumstances are...

And what if a group of Girl Scouts had just parachuted onto pit road and were injured, and what if Tony's throttle had stuck and he continued to back down Highway 29 into Charlotte and injured thousands, and what if .........
You hate Tony. The majority of race fans don't. But you should become a weatherman with all of your predictions because everyone of them has been wrong. He still has full sponsor support, and he's still one of the most popular drivers in the sport. If you're interested in an intervention, you might want to concentrate on Brad.

Gee, you know these things? I mean how MOST race fans feel? You have spoken to most of them? I guess that's why Tony is voted most popular driver so often. You are in the corporate offices during their sponsorship discussions and evaluiations? Some may be legally obligated to stay with him now, but we'll see when that's over. Yes, I bet that you know...You seem to make up alot of "stuff" about NASCAR, etc. without facts to back up your words.

BTW, nope, hate isn't the word. I just think he got away with killing a guy with very little penalty up to this point. It's not over though.

You answered your own question about sponsors, He keeps his car in front of the camera. They are continuously monitoring TV exposure time. As for Tony like him or not he is a racers racer. I don't know if it is a short fuse or just zero tolerance for stupid.

Actually, IMHO, his car hasn't been in front of the camera much lately for leading or speed...
He's been front page news though, yup, yes sir, for the wrong thing. You honestly think sponsors like that? I did notice that all of the TV commercials that feature him, you know Coke, Bass, and Mobil One have disappeared.

We all know these things and can't imagine why you don't. You should brush up on your reading skills. No one said Tony was the most popular, i said he is one of the most popular. Speaking of brushing up on reading skills, look up the support by the owner of Bass Pro Shops to Tony's return. I haven't really kept count of commercials, so i can't tell you very much about that.
Now just so we're clear, what exactly do you suppose Tony is guilty of ( specific charges) and what do you think the penalty should be? He's been cleared of any wrong doing by a Grand Jury, but maybe you know or saw something they didn't.

Yes, $25,000 fine and 4 race probation...the kind of publicity that a sponsor would be proud of...

He has a zero tolerance for stupid? Could be that he's the stupid one, can't control his temper ya know...
