When I got up the wife and I decided to buy a race track. Have no place to run my Vintage SO I guess that makes sense.
All I will say it is in Georgia and the cat will be out of the bag by Saturday of this week.

Must be the Douglas track. I hope someone does something with that place, its a shame that all the dirt tracks are leaving us.

Sorry for the Mis Direction but I am being watched
The track is in S.C. Close to Augusta, it is dirt, .4 mile and will run On Saturday nights in 2009. It's New name will be McCormick County Motor-sports Park. All I have to do is let the dust settle then work with the owner for a lease/purchase of the track.
I think I am nuts but the wife, yes Krysti, is behind this 100% to the point we might buy BOTH tracks on in SC and one in Ga. Wishful thinking but stranger things have worked out.
Trying to keep everything up here in the rumor stage so I can get a real good read on what they want.

Well with the fact to buy I20 I must:
1. Buy the track
2. Buy the store AND Go kart Track
3. BUY The houses buy the track
4. Fix the noise problem
I do not think so.
Most of the things are in place just waiting for the last shoe to fall before I make my sales pitch.
