    disjointed thoughts...

    >>Lots of rain, but it stopped with rain in every direction about at race time and that was it.

    >>Yoho took the ice-bucket challenge, but it involved a FRONT END LOADER.

    >>#30 took the 10K challenge after qualifying on the pole. He passed every car on the track, excepting two #47's & III, which removed themselves... It was his first night at the track, and he had it won, but a late caution gave Dorer the opportunity, & he took it. BIG props to Jesse Dutilly. Clean, fast, tough, well spoken. A heckuva package. Am thinking he used up most of his tires working through the field.

    >>Retaliation involving the front stretch wall, close to fisticuffs, Yoho pulling a window net down and getting in someone's face. In other words, the usual.

    >>26 cars required for the 10K challenge, but only 25 were there, so Yoho climbed into a backup car and ran a few laps. Did not look bad, either... Dutilly started next to him and expressed concern on the mic...

    >>Surprisingly, Wayne Anderson and Scofield were never really factors, and retired early, as did Pletcher.

    >>My grandkids learned new words from the other fans!

    >>Decent fireworks.

    >>If you weren't there, you missed a great show!

I had not been to that track for years (80s).

I am glad i made the trip! Great LM race and the street stock and mini stock had a quality show as well!
Normalcy is a myth. what is perfectly normal for the Cheetah, Becomes absolute chaos for the Antelope.
