Just saw on a facebook page where Sammy Swindell is stepping away from his own driving to become a part of Kevins further attempts in NASCAR. He will drive in the Chili Bowl but is parking the sprinter. While not the most amicable driver in our sport he has put together one hell of a resume for the better part of 40 years in a sprint car. Having been a part of my sons racing I can say there is nothing more gratifying than watching your kids do well. Thanks for many memories of your racing at Volusia Jacksonville and on TV. I hope in your retirement you have as much enjoyment as I have had in mine.
