I keep hearing that everyone wants some track to run on Sun afternoon.
Well here is ur chance
Prove to me that you want this and go to Lake City and support the race or
shut up about it.
I have heard a few fans and racers on here how great it would be. Now lets see how many show up.
Jerry could be the first one at the gate and ill hold his beer . It going to be a blast not a bucket chalange for him its a ticket drive..
Ill show up and take all the heck from all the great fans that show..

Don't forget it's a TWO DAY SHOW. And everything is in the daytime, not night. Racing maniacs could camp the weekend, watch the big 50 lap Sportsman race card Saturday afternoon then head across town to NFS for the dirt show Saturday night and then catch the Emod 50 card Sunday afternoon back at Lake City Speedway.

I'm hoping to support this, as it is what I've been preaching. Yet it is a 2-1/2 hour drive in a 23 year old car. If I think the Exloder will make it both ways, I'm in.
Actually, it's because Scott promised a SUDS party along the way.

Look at that...... we ALL win. Support a Sunday show, a ticket gets purchased, and I get 1 free beer from Scott. Can't beat THAT Sunday afternoon.

I don't do Pavement but I WILL go support the track that will run on SUNDAY in FLO-RI-DUH!!!! Have many many hours at that track when I was helping build it in '75/'76 then have 1000's of laps...both dirt and pavement

What are the dates?

Saturday November 8...E-Modified 50, Sportsman, Super Stock/Pure Stock, Strictly Stock/Hornets. The Sportsman, Super Stock/Pure Stock, and Strictly Stock/Hornets will run an 8 lap heat and 25 lap feature.

Sunday November 9...Sportsman 50, E-Modifieds, Super Stock/Pure Stock, Strictly Stock/Hornets. The E-Modifieds, Super Stock/Pure Stock, and Strictly Stock/Hornets will run an 8 lap heat and 25 lap feature.

Both days pit gate opens at 9am, Practice 10-12, Driver's Meeting 12:30 and Racing at 1pm. Grandstands open at 11

All cars welcome, bring your rule book and weight (just in case).

Free primitive overnight camping

Saturday evening we will have a bon fire, music and food for anyone that wants to join us!

Pit passes are $25

too hot to sit in the summer sun ,too cold with wind chill in winter. Saturday night is the best time. add 2 weeks to spring and 2 weeks to fall. 7 months racing is enough . been there ,done that. dave41

Thank you Don for reposting this. Sorry for any confusion guys but the Sportsman 50 will be on Saturday and the E-Mod 50 will be Sunday. I had them backwards in my original post.
