Sportsman Drivers for the Joey Coulter Charity 200 Race Weekend !
We want to welcome you to be part of this event that many who have been a part of it, return each year for the kids ! Helping children and families with serious and terminal ilnesses......that is the focus of this event !

The following is the base purse and the purse if we sell all 100 Laps for the race.

20 Starters Only - Top 16 from qualifying - 4 from last chances race or races.

Pre-entry by Nov 1st - $50
Pre-entry by Dec 1st - $75
After Dec 1st - $125

If a driver raises $300 in donations for kids and turns in by Dec 1st - driver pays no entry fee or pit passes for the weekend !

Tech, Practice, Qualifying and Last Chance Race or Races - Friday Dec. 12th
Sportsman Charity 100 / Pro-Truck Charity 100 - Saturday Dec 13th

Complete weekend schedule will be up on website by July 1st ! Pre-entries begin July 1st - The order that we receive entries determines duplicate numbers.

Thanks Scott, hopefully this is plenty of notice for drivers to prepare to be there. And yes if they send in $300 in donations there is no entry fee or pit passes for the driver for the weekend.

Would love to see all the drivers do this - for numbers sake 20 drivers raise minimum of $300 = $6000 take away the $50 entry fee and $50 pit passes = $2000 ......the kids would gain $4000 to help them !

Most of us all could raise $300 with just family and friends if we tell them what it is reallhy for ! I hope drivers in Sportsman and Trucks will try to do this !
