    Dalton Zehr's Camaro-bodied LM... This looks really nice... much better than the "cookie cutter" bodies...

    Couldn't agree more about the cookie cutter bodies. But i'd vote for 55,56,57 Chevy Bel Airs and Ford Fairlanes, not to mention 66 Novas, 65 Mustangs, 69 Camaros, and 56 Dodges and Plymouths. No, they're not all from my generation but i've seen plenty of old photos and those cars had real personality. Didn't have to look several times to know which car you were looking at either.

        Yes they are cookie cutter but worse yet since they are good looking they are beyond the expenses of weekend local SLMS. As for another body style I lean towards the 64 Chevelle. There was something about that car that amplified the engine sounds to musical levels especially with 180 degree headers. While I am a chevy man I remember 289 fords that sounded like a bee swarm.
