Schedules

I was looking at the websites for OSW and NSS noticing a big difference in set up for race schedules. NSS has the dates listed for practices which makes it nice then you can plan to be there and quite few more 50 lap races for Super Stocks. We are almost done with our trailer and was hoping to work on the race car this weekend but plans have changed since my husband's grandmother passed away Monday morning.

What I am still looking for is Homer Gordon Memorial race at OSW which is normally scheduled in October but still don't see it on the website. I just wanted to know if we were still going to have it so I can mark my calendar.

It has been a week with no response but with over 100 people reading the post. Unbelieveable... guess no one has an answer or I am being completely ignored. Guess I will probably be bumped over to complainers corner.

Sorry Cara.. I assumed Jane would have thrown her two-cents in by now... To the best of my knowledge, there are currently no pre-scheduled practice dates at OSW...

Try calling Kim Brown at 386-547-2879 and she should be able to assist you further.

I was not ignoring Cara but don't have an answer for her. So far there have been no 50 lappers scheduled but I will talk to Rusty on Friday if or when he will have that race. As for practice, we have not had a very good turnout
this year at any of them no matter whether it was a Wednesday night or Sunday afternoon. In fact, most of the time, we did not make enough to pay the help we had for practice. New Smyrna has had a better turn out for their practices this year and have been much luckier than we have been. We have tried but you need to make at least enough to pay the help and we haven't much less turn on lights at night.

But no Cara, I was not ignoring you but just didn't have any answer for you. I asked Rusty last weekend when or if we were going to have a practice, and got no answer since he got busy with something else. And I will try and find out if we are having a race for Homer or not this year.

Your welcome Cara. Sorry I did not answer you before but I had no answer to give you. If I can answer someone, I will and I think you know that. But if I don't have one, I can't answer and I did ask Rusty about your question but he was very busy and I got no answer.

But I am trying hard to master the new Orlando site so I can keep the drivers updated on their points and results and latest news. I am sure Mark has gotten mad at me a few times since I have screwed up some but I am trying.
