Cgs to Karson, Scott & Shelly I'm sure are very proud of her achievement, 3 Palms they still only have open practice on Saturdays and have special events like go karts/drifting on Sundays, we were there Saturday to practice and the track still needs fencing around the track and grandstands, meet one of the Hasse and he said a big announcement on opening was being announced real soon

Scot Walters told us that everything there was cleaned up but no progress on replacing all the stuff that was removed.

I'm really starting to wonder about 3 Palms. It reminds me of a teenager, not quite old enough to get a drivers license, but already has a car. The car sits on concrete blocks and every day the teen sits in the drivers seat making engine noises and pretending he's really driving.
I heard the place was cleaned up a year ago. Yet from what i've read there's been no attempt to replace the items needed to put on a race. We've heard there's still no fencing, no speakers, no concession stands, and possibly no lights. So either there's no money, which could be. Or there's no desire to actually get the place up and running as a real race track. Maybe just have an ocaisional kart race or flea market while sitting in the drivers seat making engine noises.

Their contract states they do not have to pay rent till the track has a grand opening... I say money is an issue.. Big mouths, empty wallets.

I wish them the best, and hope the place opens soon. My big question is how could they win the bid from the airport, with out the airport checking there financials first?? They need to get someone in there with the money to get it opened. Vince
