Great to see local media coverage and what seems to be great community support down south. Wish we could say the same up here haha! The new owners are obviously doing something right there to garner all this attention. Can't wait to visit the place in July!

Great article, These track owners realize how important it is to get the word out in every available way, not just a facebook or forum blurb.
Sounds like they have some big plans for the future, can't wait.
As a side note, my wife asked me a question i couldn't answer about Desoto, so i'll ask you Rick. Why is there still a giant billboard in turn one advertising Full Throttle Speedway?

the billboards belong to Budweiser and we have been trying to get them changed. our main sales rep, who takes care of all our track stuff had a serious heart attack a few months ago and they are working on getting them changed.

I certainly agree that Desoto Speedway has made huge strides since the new owners took over. So far, Denny, Jimmy, Don, and the entire staff have made some great decisions for the track and it looks like there's a lot more coming. Desoto Speedway is headed toward big things and Renegade Racing Fuels is proud to be the race fuel supplier.
